Regina Callahan has a Bachelor of Science degree
in Physical Education. Her study of Bodywork began in 1986 and she
now has over 3000 hours of advanced training. During that time Regina
acquired certification as an instructor with the Institute of Orthopedic
Massage (Hendrickson Method), and taught at the Institute in Berkeley
for 12 years. Regina began studying Craniosacral Therapy with the
Upledger Institute in 1990. She complemented her studies with a three
year training in Somatic Re-education with Randy Cherner (Feldenkrais
blended with intuitive Craniosacral Work) and a year long training
with Intuitive Anne Armstrong. She feels she arrived "home" with
her training in Visionary Craniosacral Work with the Milne Institute.
Regina blends her passion for anatomy with her gift for explaining
complex material in simple terms. Her students report that her calm,
grounded style of teaching creates an optimal learning environment.
